How to Place a Commission

  1. Submit Your Request
    • Fill out the form below with your idea, character references, and budget.
    • I personally review each application. Please understand that due to time constraints, lowball offers will be rejected without notice.
  2. Preliminary Acceptance
    • If your concept is accepted, you’ll receive an Acceptance Letter outlining:
      • Project scope
      • Final quote
      • Estimated delivery date
  3. Secure Your Spot
    • To begin your project, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Once received, I’ll get to work!
  4. Production & Review Process
    You’ll receive updates and previews at key milestones:
    • Stage 1 – Model Design: You’ll approve the custom character models.
    • Stage 2 – Scene Setup: I’ll show you the ambience, lighting, and posing.
    • Stage 3 – Final Preview: You’ll get to review the nearly-finished piece and request one round of revisions for free.
  5. Final Delivery
    • Once you’re satisfied and the second half of payment is received, your commission will be sent via a downloadable HD MEGA link.

Important Notes

  • Turnaround Time: Expect a few months for full completion. Your Acceptance Letter will include an estimated delivery window.
  • 18+ Only: All characters are 18+, even if inspired by younger characters from fiction. No exceptions.
  • No Budget = No Work: Please don’t submit if your budget is under $100. Serious inquiries only.
  • What I Can Do: I specialize in humanoid characters only. Check my portfolio for range and style.
  • No Exclusives: I retain rights to distribute the final scene. I do not offer private or exclusive works.
  • Respect My Time: Repeated messages or pestering may result in a cancelled commission and a returned deposit. I always provide timely updates and have never failed to complete a commission.
  • Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the project on my end. If I can’t deliver something you enjoy even after revisions, you won’t be required to pay the final half.
